Why Upgrade

Upgrading your account enables you to continue buying crypto currency and start selling crypto currency.
Easy Coins offers two upgrade levels, Trusted and Verified with daily and monthly buy/sell limits.

Who Can Upgrade

A customer who has already created a New Easy Coins Account and completed a test buy order successfully.
Personal Accounts can upgrade to either a Trusted level only or Verified. (Please note, Trusted accounts have a lifetime limit, once reached, you will need to upgrade to Verified).
Business accounts need to upgrade to Verified.

How To Upgrade

Kindly send us an email to upgrades@easycoins.me from your registered email address with the Easy Coins Account code you would like to upgrade in the email subject. If a Personal Account, kindly also indicate in the email if you would like to upgrade to Trusted only or Verified.
Our compliance officer will then respond back to you by email with the required information based on the upgrade level requested.
